If you get activation failed when opening the bot manager, make sure your antivirus (MacAfee, Avast,Norton, etc) is disabled. You do not need to turn off Windows defender. If you still get the 'activation failed' message, make sure your key is active by checking 'My account' tab and that you have the latest bot manager version installed on your device.
